My mission

I believe that true physical transformation begins beneath the surface. The greatest obstacles to reaching your fitness goals rarely happen on the gym floor—they happen in the mind.

My mission

Why train with Grounded Growth?

3) An Empathetic, Collaborative Partnership

In our sessions, you are fully heard. There is a strict zero-judgment policy. We sit side-by-side with you as partners in your health, utilizing an empathetic ear to ensure your fitness plan honors your personal story, your struggles, and your boundaries.

2) Conscious mental health support

Your physical routine should support your mental health, not add to your stress. I am fully conscious of the impacts of anxiety, depression, burnout, and everyday life stress. I safely adapt your physical training to act as a genuine release and a tool for emotional regulation.

1) Overcome psychological blocks

I use behavioral change and motivational tools to identify the invisible barriers, such as gym anxiety, perfectionism, or past cycles of giving up, and systematically dismantle them. You will learn to move past surface-level motivation and tap into deep, lasting consistency.

4) Grounded, Autonomous Goal Setting

We don't chase superficial metrics or toxic industry trends. We help you uncover what you truly want to achieve. By setting realistic, structured, and value-based milestones. I ensure that you build self-efficacy: the confidence and skills to maintain your health independently for life.

5) Stress Containment & Central Nervous System Regulation

Exercise is a physical stressor. If you are already mentally burnt out from work or life, an aggressive workout can do more harm than good. My dual skill set ensures your sessions are carefully balanced to decompress your mind and regulate your nervous system.

6. A Rebuilt Relationship with Food and Body Image

By stripping away the "punishment" mentality of exercise, we help you shift your perspective. You will learn to view food as fuel and movement as a celebration of what your body can do, cultivating genuine self-compassion alongside physical capability.
